Exchange/Replacement Policy

• E-mail for pre-approval prior to returning damaged merchandise for replacement within 15 days of order receipt.
• Merchandise must be returned exactly as received, including original packaging.
• Enclose a copy of your invoice that you printed from our web page or a copy of the order confirmation we e-mailed to you.
• Replacement will be made 'in kind' for the original item.
• Shipping costs incurred in sending defective or damaged merchandise to us will be reimbursed.
• Exchanges must be made for merchandise within 15 business days.
• Shipping charges incurred on exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer

Orders are normally shipped within 5 business days M-F. Express orders will be shipped within 3 business days M-F.
