Exchange/Replacement Policy
- E-mail for pre-approval prior to returning damaged merchandise for replacement within 15 days of order receipt.
- Merchandise must be returned exactly as received, including original packaging.
- Enclose a copy of your invoice that you printed from our web page or a copy of the order confirmation we e-mailed to you.
- Replacement will be made 'in kind' for the original item.
- Shipping costs incurred in sending defective or damaged merchandise to us will be reimbursed.
- Exchanges must be made for merchandise within 15 business days.
- Shipping charges incurred on exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer
Orders are normally shipped within 5 business days M-F. Express orders will be shipped within 3 business days M-F.
